After working with Madeleine, my entire family is eating healthier, better tasting food. She has so much positive energy and dedication in what she does.  She even suggested that I start running. I had never run in my life!  True to form, Madeleine convinced me that I could do anything and sure enough--I have shocked my friends and family by training for the LI Half-Marathon.

Madeleine has helped me exceed my goals from both a fitness and nutritional perspective. I have a plan in place for feeding my family. My kids enjoy a healthy, homemade meal almost every night. Coming to you was my jump start to a healthy life. I am proud to say I am down 82 lbs and I run 5 miles a day. I have completed 7 races so far ranging from 5k's to 15k's. I feel great.
